Here’s what the quote means to me personally…it implores each of us to find our own “art,” whether it be theatre, medicine, cocktail mixology, or any other vocation which has the potential to challenge ourselves and others, hopefully making our world just a bit better in the process. Take that art, and flex that muscle - make us think, encourage us to grow and evolve, and help us to come together in our humanity.
After 20 years of working on Broadway, and five years housed in formal academia as an Associate Professor at Otterbein University, Thom is back doing what he loves most: working on and around the stage; performing, directing, and coaching privately. A NYC transplant, Thom lives in Columbus with his husband of 27 years and their pup, Hamilton (yes…named for exactly who you might suspect). Currently, Thom continues to tour nationally with Disney’s The Lion King.
